Aluminum die-casting, solar-cell lamination, LED driver-board assembly and the LiFePO4 battery pack all happen inside our 12,000m² facility, at a monthly capacity of 150,000+ units.
A 48-hour burn-in test runs on every unit before it ships. Our QC team inspects each batch against the spec sheet the customer signed off on, sourcing cells only from Tier-1 suppliers.

Every production run is tested in our own laboratory before it is released — incoming cell testing, photometrics, lumen output, climate cycling, ingress protection and impact resistance. These six benches are the ones your order actually passes, all under our own roof.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Our own 12,000 m² facility sits in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, China, and it holds the casting, solar-cell lamination, driver-board assembly and LiFePO4 battery-pack lines under one roof — monthly capacity 150,000+ units. There is no middleman between you and the line.
What is your MOQ?
For standard SKUs the MOQ is 10 units. OEM (custom logo or colour) starts at 50 units, and ODM (custom housing design) at 200 units.
Can you do OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM covers custom logo, packaging and manuals from 100 units — white-box and private-label ready. ODM covers housing and photometric customization. Send us your brand assets or target spec and we will come back with terms.
What is the lead time?
Standard SKUs ship within 7–10 working days. OEM/ODM orders take 25–35 working days depending on complexity. Bulk production for export runs about 20–25 days from PO plus deposit, then FOB Shenzhen, Zhongshan or Ningbo.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes, and we encourage it. We are about 60 minutes by car from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport — visit the lines, watch a burn-in test and meet the engineering team. Tell us your dates and we will arrange pickup.
